SPYPOINT CAMERAS . . . showing you what's there when you're not
written by: Tom Morrison
I guess I'm a 'doubting Thomas' and demand you show me what's so great about your product that I should put out the hard earned money needed to buy it. So many times products introduced are designed to catch hunters or anglers instead of putting you closer to game or filling your live-well with fish and yes, we all fall for it most times. That added do-dad or thing-a-ma-jig will make all the difference but so often fails to live up to the hype.
Well, I've been shown just how one company's product does exactly what it's marketed to do . . . and more.
SPYPOINT Cameras not only let you see what's there when you're not, it does it clearly, in focus and inexpensively. My use of the SPYPOINT IR-A 6 MP camera over the last couple of months has exceeded my expectations and hype that came with it. Not only was I impressed with the product with what it was designed to do, it has surpassed my hopes of not constantly filling it with batteries to keep it working. It has worked through single digit temps, videos, pictures and deer nudging and still keeps clicking away even to this day.
SPYPOINT IR-A 6MP
The black and white pictures and videos taken at night with the use of the 48 infrared LED lights for lamination were absolutely clear and definitely demonstrated that the lighting did not spook the game during the process. If anything, it aroused the curiosity of the deer so much so, that they came over to investigate instead of shying away. The instructions are easy to read . . . even for me and the options on timing and sensitivity settings are also simple to follow. The SPYPOINT IR-A 6 MP has an easy to read LCD backlit display for reading and adjusting your settings. This model comes with a built-in 32MB memory but I choose to use a 2GB memory card while leaving the camera in the field for a couple weeks at a time. The same C cell batteries have been in the cameras since mid-March and are responsible for all the videos and pictures ( actually over 500 pics in all and 100 videos ) and they're still going strong. Beat that! Yes, there's a 12v auxiliary power jack available, but to me it's too much to take into the field when the C cell batteries do a fantastic job over and over.
There are many game trail cameras on the market but few meet the standards that SPYPOINT has set and if they do, rest assured they will cost much more than the SPYPOINT IR-A 6 MP does. These cameras are a must for the hunter that wants trail information before setting up stands - it saves him days in the field and makes his precious, hard earned time off more productive. Get yours today and see what you've been missing when not in the field. Visit SPYPOINT.COM to view their product line-up.
